ABOUT PHAROS
Our company takes the name PHAROS from the ancient lighthouse of Alexandria in Egypt, which guided travellers and ensured their safety for over 1500 years. Inspired by this guiding light, we at Pharos support international travellers by building their understanding and competence for managing the opportunities and risks of our globalised world.
Pharos was founded in 1994 to develop and offer innovative solutions for the intercultural problems of global business. Based in Brussels, Belgium, Pharos uses teams of professionals from different countries who bring their expertise, and their cultural, linguistic and cognitive diversity to addressing intercultural and organisational challenges.
With a core staff of experienced researchers and consultants, Pharos assembles teams from our network of associates with specialist expertise to meet our client needs. Our associates come from multiple cultures and locations across the globe, but they all share Pharos' values, and are committed to integrating the different cultural perspectives that make global collaboration challenging but rewarding.
