Adult Learning Methodology: We use adult learning methodology to maximise the impact of our training and coaching. We actively use participants' experiences to ensure that learning outcomes are relevant, practical and can be implemented in their organisations. We favour learning over teaching, and strongly encourage continued self-directed learning.
Valid Diagnostics: Since clients face different challenges, we favour conducting assessments and diagnostics to ensure we understand their needs and desired outcomes, before designing the most effective solutions.
Pro-active Feedback: We pro-actively seek feedback from participants, and systematically evaluate the results of our work. We dialogue with our clients on continuous improvement and integrate feedback and new thinking in our work.
